PHOTOS FOR THE YEARBOOKS
All our grades will be photographed on Thursday, 25 May. Grade 1 & 3 students, who have a swimming course will be photographed after lunch from 13.30 to 14.15. Please do not pick them up before 14.5.
If you do not want your child’s photos and texts to appear in the yearbook, please contact us by Wednesday, 24 May.
There is still time to order yearbooks, please do it by Monday, 29 May.
INQUIRY ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
A Chinese landscape architect will be on a study assignment in Ljubljana from September 2017 to January 2018. Her daughter will attend our school, she is 5,5 years old. They are looking for accommodation and would like to stay with one of our families. They need a room with a bathroom.

On Sunday, 21 May our school community: students, their families and teachers had a wonderful sunny and active day in Camp Šobec. The PTA, our school and The Moro Foundation prepared a music and dance performance with a quiz, fun run, archery, face painting, football, rafting and zipline. There was also a lot of excellent food and drinks prepared by parents.

On the 18th of May, 4M had a cycling Sports Day. The students had to tackle various tasks on their bicycles ranging from testing their nerve on an obstacle course to exercising their competence of stability and poise in balance games. The day introduced, enhanced and reinforced numerous skills while being enjoyable and fun at the same time.

On May the 17th, the MYP students Had a hiking sports day on Ratitovec. Despite a difficult beginning to the hike, the students eventually discovered their hiking mentality and made it to the top of the mountain. The students and teachers enjoyed and marvelled at the splendid views and the awe inspiring landscape. The day was richly rewarding for all who participated.

On the 16th of May 3M had a science day dedicated to the Brain. They researched about memory and memory techniques, as well as how the brain helps us study and learn. The day was thoroughly informative and enjoyable.
