Dear DKIS Families:
International School Carinthia is excited to host the Alpe-Adria Snow Fest this year at Gerlitzen Ski Resort on 3rd March 2018 in collaboration with International School Trieste, Udine International School, Danila Kumar International School and British International School Ljubljana.  It will be a day of skiing and mingling among students, teachers and parents from our school communities, including a ski race for those interested in racing.  The race will be open to students in grades 1-8 (birth date 2003-2011) and adults.  Any race participant born prior to 2003 will be registered as an adult.  PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING FORM CAREFULLY AND REGISTER FOR THE EVENT BY SUBMITTING THE FORM BY MONDAY, 26TH FEBRUARY 2018.

Fees:
Participant Fee (Per Registered Person):  €15,00  — This fee covers registration costs, lunch, snacks and refreshments at the event.
Gerlitzen Ski Pass Adults (2002 and older):  €22,00
Gerlitzen Ski Pass Students (2003-2011):   €13,50
Gerlitzen Ski Pass Kids (2012-2018):  FREE
Gerlitzen Non-Skier Lift Pass (One Trip Up, One Trip Down):  €10,00 Adult / €6,00 Students (2003-2011) / Free Kids (2012-2018)

You will be invoiced by your school for this event.

  • Registration Meeting Point:  8:15-9:30 @ Kanzelplatz 2, Annenheim 9520 Austria
  • Ski Races:  10:30 @ Kanzelbahn Mittelstation / Chairlift Moserbahn
  • Lunch:  12:30 @ Kanzelbahn Mittelstation Sonnenarena Restaurant
  • Awards Ceremony:  13:30 @ Kanzelbahn Mittelstation Sonnenarena Restaurant
Cancellation:  If you are unable to attend this event, you must cancel your registration by Monday, 26th February.
Weather:  In case of severe weather issues that could compromise the safety of those traveling to and participating in the event, ISC will notify the Head of each school by Thursday, 1st March 2018.
