Erasmus Greece Diary – Day One

The first day started just great. We came all at once to our host school. First, we had an introductory meeting separately from the students of the school, followed by a treasure hunt that was organised by the host students. The winning team was Anthony’s group. Afterwards we had snack and a workshop about technology – 3D printing of the Erasmus logo. After lunch students presented their work on the Erasmus project related to technology.

1 & 2M Cultural Day – Kekec Ballet Performance

For our most recent cultural day, on Tuesday, 22nd January, 1 and 2m took a field trip to see the ballet “Kekec”. To start the day, we read the Slovenian children’s book as a class and compiled thoughts and questions about the upcoming performance. Together, we rode the city bus to the theatre. It was evident students were entertained by the performers, as they laughed and clapped throughout the ballet. When we arrived back in the classroom, we discussed our reviews on the performance and took our tickets home as a keepsake.
