5M – Field Trip
Grade 5 students will go on a 5-day field trip to Kobarid from Monday, 16 to Friday, 20 May 2022. In addition, they will be working on the PYP Exhibition, and some sports activities will be organised as well.
K1 & 2 – Cycling morning
Kindergarten children are having a cycling morning on Wednesday, 18 May. Please, bring a helmet and elbow and knee protection. In case of bad weather, the cycling will be postponed. Children can also bring a scooter instead of a bike.
MYP – Science Day
On Wednesday, 18 May, MYP students will have a Science Day. First, we will visit the port of Koper, where students will be able to learn more about transport and the importance of sea trade. Later, we will visit ‘Škocjanski zatok’ Nature Reserve, where we will have the chance to observe a lagoon habitat.
We will depart from school at 7.30 am (we ask students to be on time) and return at approximately 12.30 pm. Snack and lunch will be organised in school as usual. Students should wear clothes and footwear appropriate for the weather and season.

PYP – SPORTS DAY – HIKING
Wednesday, 18 May 2022
START: Meet at 8.20 am in your classroom. You will take your snack, and then we will leave.
FINISH: At 12.05 pm. Lunch and AP will be organised as usual.
THINGS TO BRING WITH YOU:
Dress in sports clothes and shoes
A small backpack (not your schoolbag)
A bottle of water
In case of bad weather, we will postpone the sports day!
