Last Thursday our school organised a big event – fundraising for the heating in the dome.
We had a very successful Bazaar of handicrafts produced by students, and used clothes and books. The culmination of the event was a concert with well known Slovenian music star Neisha and her three protégés, GIB gymnastic group, and Sorina Dimache Ballet School group and our singers and dancers. There were around 190 performers. It was a wonderful event and all performers excelled.
We raised 1728 EUR with the bazaar (711 EUR), concert (877 EUR) and two parent donations (140 EUR). We also already have 658 EUR from autumn fundraising activities.
